This was the driving force behind the design of The Hamilton: a 500,000 square foot mixed-use development on the Community College of Philadelphia’s campus. Inspired by the growing trend toward living more sensibly, developer Radnor Property Group teamed up with MSD and MYArchitecture to prove that The Hamilton’s generous social spaces are all the living room you need. Built from the ground up, the industrial interior pays homage to the site’s original use as the Baldwin Locomotive Works. Through collaboration with numerous local artisans, we were able to achieve a high level of customization with natural materials and eclectic furnishings. This luxury amenity space quite literally has something for every personality type. Whether you want to watch a movie, shoot pool with friends, work al fresco beside the open garage door in the company of others, or find solstice in a study pod this space has you covered.
