Consultation
Each project begins with an initial consultation to review objectives, scope, and requirements. This on-site meeting provides an opportunity to evaluate the space, discuss the design process and fees, and establish project expectations. Following the consultation, a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work will be provided for review.
Pre-Design
A comprehensive site survey is conducted and documented in AutoCAD. Program requirements are confirmed, and initial concept boards are developed to establish the project’s design direction.
Design
Schematic planning and programming are undertaken, including preliminary layouts, elevations, and selections for finishes, fixtures, and fittings. Client feedback is incorporated to refine and finalize the design intent.
Documentation
Preparation of detailed technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications to support execution by vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors.
Construction Management
Oversight of project implementation, including coordination with all parties, regular site visits, and ongoing communication to ensure adherence to design intent, schedule, and quality standards.
Procurement + Installation
Procurement of furnishings and materials is coordinated in alignment with the construction timeline. Final delivery, installation, and placement are executed to complete the project.
